背景
我國(guo)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)用水(shui)量約占總用水(shui)量的(de)80%左右,由于(yu)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)灌(guan)溉(gai)(gai)效率(lv)普遍(bian)低下,水(shui)的(de)利(li)用率(lv)僅為45%,而水(shui)資源利(li)用率(lv)高的(de)國(guo)家(jia)已達70%~80%,因而,解(jie)決農(nong)業(ye)(ye)灌(guan)溉(gai)(gai)用水(shui)的(de)問題,對于(yu)緩解(jie)水(shui)資源的(de)緊(jin)缺是非常重要(yao)的(de)。
智慧灌溉系統簡介

閥門控制系統
閥(fa)門監(jian)控系統由閥(fa)控、電(dian)磁閥(fa)和控制器系統組成。
閥(fa)門控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)是對農田(tian)灌(guan)(guan)(guan)溉片區運行管(guan)網實現水(shui)(shui)流截(jie)斷(duan)和(he)分(fen)(fen)輸(shu)作用。系(xi)統(tong)采用全(quan)無線漫游(you)組網,田(tian)間不(bu)需(xu)要鋪(pu)設線路(lu),通(tong)(tong)過分(fen)(fen)區管(guan)理,級聯通(tong)(tong)訊(xun),實現數據的遠程傳輸(shu)。每一(yi)個電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)有一(yi)個專(zhuan)用名稱,根據輪(lun)(lun)灌(guan)(guan)(guan)制(zhi)定的計劃開(kai)啟(qi)電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa),監控(kong)中心給指定電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)或者(zhe)輪(lun)(lun)灌(guan)(guan)(guan)組下(xia)達指令,開(kai)啟(qi)電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)灌(guan)(guan)(guan)水(shui)(shui),或關閉(bi)(bi)電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)停止(zhi)灌(guan)(guan)(guan)水(shui)(shui)。可(ke)根據土(tu)壤水(shui)(shui)分(fen)(fen)含(han)量,聯動(dong)(dong)閥(fa)門控(kong)制(zhi)器實現自動(dong)(dong)灌(guan)(guan)(guan)溉,系(xi)統(tong)中設定土(tu)壤水(shui)(shui)分(fen)(fen)閾(yu)(yu)值,當土(tu)壤水(shui)(shui)分(fen)(fen)低于設定值閾(yu)(yu)值時(shi),開(kai)啟(qi)電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)灌(guan)(guan)(guan)水(shui)(shui),當達到閾(yu)(yu)值時(shi),關閉(bi)(bi)電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)停止(zhi)灌(guan)(guan)(guan)水(shui)(shui)。
閥(fa)(fa)門(men)控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)(qi)通(tong)過(guo)線纜與(yu)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)(fa)相連,閥(fa)(fa)門(men)控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)(qi)通(tong)過(guo)無線(lora)與(yu)田間控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)(qi)通(tong)訊(xun)(xun),開(kai)關(guan)閥(fa)(fa)指令由田間控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)(qi)通(tong)過(guo)lora通(tong)訊(xun)(xun)方式,發(fa)送(song)給閥(fa)(fa)門(men)控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)(qi)。
土壤墑情監測系統
土壤(rang)墑(di)情監測系統由閥門控(kong)制器(qi)、土壤(rang)溫濕度傳感器(qi)和(he)田間控(kong)制器(qi)組(zu)成。
土壤(rang)墑(di)情監(jian)測系(xi)統主要針對土壤(rang)水(shui)份進行(xing)采(cai)集(ji)與(yu)處理。可(ke)采(cai)用全數(shu)字(zi)網(wang)絡化平臺管理,將前端(duan)數(shu)字(zi)采(cai)集(ji)到的數(shu)據(ju)利(li)用無線(xian)通信(xin)終(zhong)端(duan),通過4G網(wang)絡傳回到控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)中心及(ji)各(ge)監(jian)控(kong)中心,實現分布(bu)監(jian)控(kong),集(ji)中控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)和管理的功(gong)能。
土壤溫濕(shi)度傳感器(qi)通(tong)過485線纜(lan)與閥(fa)門控(kong)制器(qi)相(xiang)連(lian),閥(fa)門控(kong)制器(qi)通(tong)過lora與田間(jian)控(kong)制器(qi)通(tong)訊,采集(ji)的數據由田間(jian)控(kong)制器(qi)通(tong)過4G網絡上傳至監(jian)控(kong)中心。
水泵控制系統
水泵控制系(xi)統由控制器、PLC和水表組成。
水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)控(kong)制系統對深井潛水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)的水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)用電量、水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)機組運行狀(zhuang)態(tai)、管道流量等參數進行監(jian)測,通(tong)過4G網(wang)絡傳(chuan)回到(dao)控(kong)制中心(xin)及各(ge)監(jian)控(kong)中心(xin),實現分布監(jian)控(kong),集中控(kong)制和管理的功能。
水泵(beng)(beng)機組的控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)有三種控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)模式:現場手動(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)、遠程手動(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)和程序自動(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)。水泵(beng)(beng)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統在本地存儲(chu)實(shi)時監測數據。
PC端后臺管理系統
智慧灌溉云平臺是利用互聯網、云計算、大數據、移動應用等現代信息技術為作物精準灌溉提供云服務的智慧系統。智能灌溉云平臺監測園區的作物、土壤墑情,合理制定灌(guan)(guan)溉計(ji)劃,包含(han)自(zi)(zi)動模(mo)(mo)式、手動模(mo)(mo)式。通(tong)過(guo)設備在(zai)線操(cao)作、遠程操(cao)作,有效(xiao)實現了灌(guan)(guan)溉水的自(zi)(zi)動化管理。
