傳(chuan)統(tong)的人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)試(shi)(shi)驗站(zhan)費(fei)時(shi)(shi)、費(fei)力且(qie)數據(ju)采集不(bu)及(ji)時(shi)(shi)準(zhun)確,不(bu)但會增加(jia)試(shi)(shi)驗運(yun)行費(fei)用(yong)、影響試(shi)(shi)驗成果,更重要(yao)的是(shi)不(bu)能準(zhun)確的為高(gao)(gao)效節(jie)水(shui)灌(guan)(guan)溉(gai)技術規劃設計(ji)和工(gong)(gong)(gong)程建(jian)設與管理提供技術支撐。因此提高(gao)(gao)灌(guan)(guan)溉(gai)試(shi)(shi)驗的試(shi)(shi)驗水(shui)平(ping)和試(shi)(shi)驗手段(duan),改變傳(chuan)統(tong)的人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)試(shi)(shi)驗方法,克服人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)試(shi)(shi)驗費(fei)時(shi)(shi)、費(fei)力、數據(ju)采集不(bu)及(ji)時(shi)(shi)準(zhun)確等不(bu)足,應用(yong)新型的適應于灌(guan)(guan)溉(gai)試(shi)(shi)驗實際(ji)需要(yao)的“灌(guan)(guan)溉(gai)試(shi)(shi)驗自動測(ce)控系(xi)統(tong)”是(shi)非常必需的。
本(ben)著先進、可(ke)靠、耐用(yong)、維護(hu)方(fang)(fang)便、操作簡單(dan)、使用(yong)方(fang)(fang)便等原則(ze),根據(ju)試(shi)(shi)驗區的周邊環境和電信訊道測試(shi)(shi)情況,系統(tong)擬采(cai)(cai)用(yong)搭建自(zi)(zi)主無線局(ju)域網絡(luo)系統(tong),實(shi)現(xian)系統(tong)的無線控制、數(shu)據(ju)采(cai)(cai)集及實(shi)時監測等。灌溉試(shi)(shi)驗自(zi)(zi)動(dong)測控系統(tong)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)拓撲(pu)結構設計,各監測單(dan)元(yuan)運行獨立、互不影響、便于維護(hu)和管理。
系統組成
該系(xi)統主要由灌(guan)溉(gai)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)自動測控(kong)(kong)管(guan)理中心(xin)、溫室(shi)噴灌(guan)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)測控(kong)(kong)區(qu)(qu)、溫室(shi)滴管(guan)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)測控(kong)(kong)區(qu)(qu)、測坑測控(kong)(kong)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)區(qu)(qu)、蒸騰蒸發試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)測控(kong)(kong)區(qu)(qu)、大田(tian)噴灌(guan)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)測控(kong)(kong)區(qu)(qu)和大田(tian)滴灌(guan)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)測控(kong)(kong)區(qu)(qu)等組(zu)成。
各灌(guan)溉監控點主要由灌(guan)溉控制電磁閥、遠傳電訊水表、無線灌(guan)溉測控終端及電源等組成(cheng)。

各灌溉(gai)(gai)監控(kong)點主要由灌溉(gai)(gai)控(kong)制電(dian)磁閥、遠傳電(dian)訊水表、無線灌溉(gai)(gai)測控(kong)終端(duan)及電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)等(deng)組成。各灌溉(gai)(gai)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)區各無線灌溉(gai)(gai)測控(kong)終端(duan)可(ke)直接與管理中心建(jian)立(li)通信,各試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)區公用專(zhuan)用電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(隔離電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan))獨(du)立(li),以提高系(xi)統的安全(quan)性、可(ke)靠性和(he)抗干擾能力。
無線灌溉測控終端:
采集控制(zhi)器搭配移動/聯通(tong)通(tong)信(xin)網(wang)絡的(de)(de)GPRS/4G傳輸模塊(DTU無(wu)線(xian)數(shu)據(ju)終端)可為(wei)用戶搭建了一個超(chao)遠(yuan)(yuan)距離(li)的(de)(de)數(shu)據(ju)傳輸平(ping)臺,或搭配wifi/LoRa/433短距離(li)通(tong)訊(xun)模塊,建立(li)無(wu)線(xian)局域網(wang)絡通(tong)信(xin),并以專屬監控系統(tong)平(ping)臺為(wei)窗口,來實現對現場數(shu)據(ju)、狀態、參數(shu)的(de)(de)遠(yuan)(yuan)程傳輸以及現場設(she)備的(de)(de)遠(yuan)(yuan)程控制(zhi)。
無線灌溉測控終端
無(wu)(wu)線灌(guan)溉測(ce)控(kong)(kong)(kong)終(zhong)端(duan)負(fu)責灌(guan)溉試驗監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)點(dian)的(de)中(zhong)心(xin)處理業務,通(tong)過無(wu)(wu)線網絡通(tong)信協議規約及(ji)時(shi)響應灌(guan)溉測(ce)控(kong)(kong)(kong)管理中(zhong)心(xin)指(zhi)令,完成(cheng)電磁閥(fa)的(de)開啟或(huo)關閉,上(shang)報本灌(guan)溉監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)點(dian)的(de)實(shi)時(shi)檢測(ce)運行狀態、當前灌(guan)溉水量(liang)、灌(guan)溉水量(liang)的(de)時(shi)段、灌(guan)水過程線的(de)記錄等(deng)(deng)。主要由(you)電磁閥(fa)測(ce)控(kong)(kong)(kong)模(mo)塊(kuai)、灌(guan)水量(liang)檢測(ce)記錄模(mo)塊(kuai)、灌(guan)溉主控(kong)(kong)(kong)微處理器(qi)及(ji)無(wu)(wu)線收(shou)發模(mo)塊(kuai)等(deng)(deng)組成(cheng)。
